AFTER LEAKING FOR YEARS, and patches of caulk and rubber paint (if anything was done at all), KB Home finally removed the stucco from houses in Carriage Lake in 2011.  Houses were left covered in a thin sheet of plastic which ripped and tore in the wind.

KB Home left  houses in the conditions below for FIVE TO NINE MONTHS !  The houses below have drywall, insulation, electrical, and PEOPLE inside!  Would you  think that mold might grow in this environment?  It wasn’t until State Legislator, Debbie Mayfield intervened  that these got stucco.
